By using this website or booking any session or workshop with Define Career, you agree to the following:

🧠 Mentorship is Guidance, Not Professional Advice

All guidance provided through 1:1 mentorship or group sessions is based on real-world experience in leadership, consulting, and career growth. It is not legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice.

💳 Payment & Refunds

• All bookings are prepaid and non-refundable.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking (whether for 1:1 or group sessions).

• You may reschedule a 1:1 session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice via Calendly.

• For group workshops, once enrolled, the seat is confirmed and non-transferable.

👤 1:1 Mentorship Sessions

• Sessions are personalized and tailored to your goals.

• You are responsible for arriving on time. If you’re late or miss the session, we will not be able to extend or reschedule without prior notice.

• Define Career reserves the right to decline mentorship if a participant behaves unprofessionally or is not aligned with the intended purpose of the session.

👥 Group Workshops & Career Events

• These sessions are designed to offer practical career frameworks in a shared learning environment.

• Participation is expected to be respectful and collaborative.

• No personal mentorship is guaranteed in group settings unless otherwise stated.

• Sessions may be recorded for internal quality or future learning (participants will be informed in advance).

📚 Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All content (e.g., frameworks, templates, strategies) shared in any session is the intellectual property of Define Career and may not be redistributed or reused for commercial purposes.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Define Career is not responsible for any personal or professional decisions made based on the advice shared. You accept full responsibility for how you apply what you learn.
